  • "The integration of artificial and natural elements" has always been the architectural philosophy of architect Hirata Akihisa.

The residence is located in the emerging city of Qingpu in Taoyuan. We understand that the landscape of this area has been shaped by the gradual accumulation of rivers and streams over time.

Based on the design concept of architect Hirata Akihisa, the characteristics of gravel texture are transformed into rock slabs integrated into the space. A large amount of hand-applied gray paint is used as the base, with materials such as slate, wood grain, and special coatings symbolizing nature, allowing people to walk among them and release stress to soothe their mood.。
